Complete lesson 8 Theseus and Minos

First literature critique due by end of quarter.
Let me know what book you are reading.

(Option: one of the books can be a critique of a classic literature based movie. It must be pre-approved. Extra credit is given for additional critiques up to 100 points each. Limit of six per semester. Examples of acceptable movies: A Tale of Two Cities, Great Expectations, The Odyssey, Julius Caesar, or Hamlet.)

The critique follows the standard form and does not need dress-ups and openers marked, but you are responsible for using what you have learned. Sample available.

Make a list of the stories read through lesson 6.
For each story - list the author or where story was found and what about (short just a reminder)
list two or three themes that you could reference the story for if writing an essay.

(such as injustice, perseverance, tragedy etc.)

complete lesson 7 - 3 paragraph story of Odysseus and Polyphemus using story sequence chart. (Do not change characters on this one.)

Find 3 proverbs either online or from the Bible that you could write about.
